My first thought when I saw this post was: "she ought to have her own etsy store." So I was delighted to read further and see that you do!
I really enjoy this blog but usually don't have time to leave a comment. This time I just had to.
P.S. Have you read or heard of the book The Hidden Art of Homemaking by Edith Schaeffer? It reminds me of this blog and the many different kinds of projects you share. It's not a how-to-clean book so much as a guide to cultivating creativity, beauty, and hospitality in the home.

And thanks, ThyHand, for the little promo.
Thanks, Sarah, for the book recommendation (I love books). I have glanced at it, but I would like to actually read it.
Congratulations on your shop! I know you'll do well! I'll be checking it out from time to time!
Oh my goodness, I only just heard of Etsy a week or so ago. I have managed to waste a lot of time there. Time I haven't got to spare...
