Rhubarb Muffins for Breakfast
I love the tart bits of rhubarb in the sweet muffin. We ate them split with strawberry jam and a slice of cheese on the side . . . a great way to start the day.
The recipe is from Simply in Season, but like a friend did recently, I skipped the topping and just sprinkled the tops with cinnamon sugar before baking. Pin It
