My husband and I hung something else on the walls: an iron candle sconce that his grandparents bought in Denmark. I have photos and frames littering the living room for a big project coming up, but a wall has to be painted first, so the trim has to be finished first, so, soon. . . .Hanging pictures is A Big Deal for this household.
I am pleased with the assembly of candle, lamp, pothos, and Klimt print. And, of course, the sunshine!
I would give anything just for the sunshine!
ReplyDeleteGloomy and feels like you walked in a refrigerator here.Spring has to be somewhere close....right?
I will never forget when I did my student teaching in Tacoma, Washington, and the sun did not shine for the first three weeks I was there. I didn't exactly realize how droopy I was getting until the sun did come out! I sort of lost my mind and danced around outside and could not focus on books and paper inside.
ReplyDeleteWishing you some sun SOON, Marlyn!
I love the composition of your picture. All the elements came together.
ReplyDeleteSo Pretty!
ReplyDeleteI love that sconce! ...and the sunshine!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely, peaceful vignette! Sunlight is one of my passions.
ReplyDeleteI find it very pleasing myself! I find sunlight to be simply mesmerizing.
ReplyDeleteThe sun is here in full in Sarasota, FL. We have the sunscreen out and using it. Maggie
